1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on prk98, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. prk98 enforces age verification and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any stage.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register accounts on the prk98 platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of prk98 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be self-excluded from any licensed gaming platform and must not be registered on any third-party responsible gaming exclusion register that prk98 is bound to observe.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

prk98 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to satisfy or maintain any eligibility criterion will result in account suspension or permanent closure at the sole discretion of prk98.

2 Account Registration & Management

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) prk98 account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under your own name or under an alias — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, prk98 will close the duplicate accounts, and any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts may be voided.

2.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your prk98 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. prk98 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your prk98 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately at [email protected]. prk98 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

2.3 KYC Verification

prk98 is required to verify the identity of account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), a passport, or other identification documents acceptable to prk98's compliance team. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.4 Account Currency

All prk98 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are all expressed and processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to your account balance.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

prk98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-native payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB, and Cash OTC. prk98 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment method availability at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on prk98 is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per payment method; these limits are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during prk98 support hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM PKT, Monday through Sunday) are processed on a same-business-day basis, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending compliance review on the account. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

prk98 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or any active promotional wagering requirement attached to your account balance. Withdrawals requested while an active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled will be subject to the applicable bonus terms.

4 Gaming Rules & Platform Use

4.1 Game Availability

prk98 offers a library of over 500 casino titles including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and arcade-style games. Game availability is subject to change. prk98 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any game title at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or interrupted session caused by a technical fault on the prk98 platform, all affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the affected account. prk98 does not honour wins generated as a result of a demonstrable software malfunction or error. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

4.3 RNG Certification

Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available within each game's information panel. Historical RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Eligibility for Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to your prk98 account are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full; partial completion does not entitle the account holder to a proportional withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

prk98 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering at low house-edge games solely to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and systematic exploitation of welcome or reload offer structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, prk98 reserves the right to void the bonus balance, void associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

prk98 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected account holders via the registered email address or platform notification system.

6 Sports Betting Terms

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the prk98 sports betting section are subject to acceptance by prk98 at its sole discretion. prk98 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including bets placed after the advertised start time of an event regardless of how the bet was accepted by the system.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the prk98 platform are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to the settled outcome of that bet. prk98 offers markets on PSL, international cricket, UFC, and other sporting events. Market availability is subject to change without notice.

6.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets during active fixtures. In-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability and system processing capacity. prk98 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a fixture. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined (palpable errors) will be voided.

6.4 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body of the sport. In the absence of an official result, prk98 will apply reasonable judgment in consultation with available officiating records. prk98's settlement decisions are final once confirmed.

6.5 Abandoned Events

In the event of a match or sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or voided by the relevant governing body before the conclusion of regular play, all outstanding bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the account holder, unless the specific market terms state otherwise.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the prk98 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage Gaming: Registering or attempting to register as a person under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to use your prk98 account.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one prk98 account, whether directly or through third parties.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment transactions, unauthorised chargebacks, or depositing funds using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the prk98 platform to process, layer, or integrate proceeds of unlawful activity in any form.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any tool designed to interact with the prk98 platform in a manner not sanctioned by prk98.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with prk98 support or compliance staff.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies or promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with recreational gaming behaviour.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, prk98 excludes all liability for:

• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the prk98 platform, regardless of whether prk98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any third-party actions or omissions that affect your ability to access or use the prk98 platform.

In all circumstances where liability cannot be fully excluded, prk98's aggregate liability to any account holder in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that account holder in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits prk98's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the prk98 platform — including but not limited to the prk98 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, icons, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of prk98 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the prk98 platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from prk98.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the prk98 platform.
• Use the prk98 brand name or logo in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the prk98 platform on any other website or digital property.

Any unauthorised use of prk98's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

prk98 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and controlled gaming environment. The platform incorporates the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from any logged-in prk98 account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Caps on total time spent in active gaming sessions per day or per week.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which no deposits or wagers can be placed.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by prk98

prk98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any other circumstance that prk98 determines, in its sole discretion, warrants account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, prk98 may forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to a player breach, the verified real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your prk98 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks have been completed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied prior to the closure request.

12 Amendments to These Terms

prk98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the changes.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which prk98 holds its international gaming licence.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by prk98's licensing authority.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that any formal legal proceedings arising from a dispute with prk98 shall be conducted exclusively in the competent courts of prk98's licensing jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.
